Breaking News: another western blot of mines that is positive but there are NO BANDS listed....how is this possible?

somebody told me i need to seek out an attorney....im not so sure what to do all i am trying to do is get to the bottom of why i have been labeled with hiv for 18 years and not sick or on meds and this is turning into a nightmare. i have lost too much to this fake illness...lawyer?? i am not sure..what do yall think based on this new information:

 

so i took a rapid home test..it was poz, called the health dept in a different county they did the western blot. she told me she needed to do a preliminary hiv test and if that test was poz, she will do the western blot. i asked her what determines a western blot to be positive she said on the test result it will have a list of bands or a p24. i said so if my western blot says positive it will tell me why and which bands she said yes. i said will i be able to get copies of that test and will you explain each band to me and each protein that pops up she says yes i will without a doubt...so i take the western blot test. 

 

so today i go in for my resutls she says yes you are positve i say ok can i see the western blot....she shows it to me and there are NO BANDS listed. i ask her about the bands she said yes it is strange because there are supposed to be bands listed in this specific column and she points to the area, but there are none. i ask her how can they say i am poz if there are no bands listed? first she says she doesnt know. then she says because i have a quick virus.... so i ask her if it could be that the lab just didnt include the bands or the proteins she goes no if i had any bands to show up it would be in this section and she points there again....i said so i am very uncomfortable with this positive test result without any bands... she says well its really positive. i think i made a mistake because i asked her to call the lab and ask them if they left out any information she sayd she coudl not do that. so i told her i wasnt really confrotable with these test results...so i leave after a few more discussions and she calls me up at my home and says she spooke to the lab and the reason why they didnt list any bands was because i had ALL bands....so i ask her which ones specifically she says i dont know...then i ask her how many bands were listed she goes again i dont know....so i kindly said ok thank you and hung up the phone....how can this even happen and are the people corrt by saying i have a possible case for misdiagnosis. i am really not sure about that at all i am not looking for a lawsuit...i am looking for the truth and this is frustrating and it saddens me....
