دولة قطر تستحدث نقطة إسعافات أولية في مستشفى حمد بغزة لعلاج المصابين من منتظري المساعدات

استحدثت دولة قطر نقطة إسعافات أولية في مستشفى صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية في غزة، بتمويل من صندوق قطر للتنمية، لعلاج حالات الطوارئ في شمال غزة والمصابين من منتظري المساعدات.
تعمل النقطة الطبية والتي يتوافد عليها المئات، على الاستجابة السريعة لعلاج الإصابات من قبل كادر طبي وتمريضي متخصص لخدمة الجرحى وتقديم العلاج المتاح وتحويل بعض الحالات إلى مشافي وزارة الصحة في غزة والمشافي الأخرى من خلال سيارات اسعاف تتبع لوزارة الصحة والهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني والخدمات الطبية.
وقد بلغ عدد المصابين الذين تلقوا خدمات الطوارئ خلال الأسابيع الماضية نحو 2538 مصابًا، فيما استقبل المستشفى ما يقارب 220 شهيدًا، بينهم 1227 إصابة و119 شهيدًا خلال الأسبوع الأخير فقط.
قال السيد فهد بن حمد السليطي، مدير عام صندوق قطر للتنمية و رئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفى:" انطلاقًا من التزام الصندوق بالعمل الإنساني والشعور بالمسؤولية تجاه أشقائنا في غزة، نواصل دعم مستشفى صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية في غزة، وذلك من أجل ضمان تقديم الرعاية للمحتاجين في أصعب الظروف."
كما جدد السيد السليطي دعوة المجتمع الدولي لاتخاذ موقف حازم يسمح بإدخال المساعدات بشكل فوري وآمن، وضمان حماية المدنيين ومقدمي الخدمات الإنسانية.
و أضاف:" ان ما يشهده قطاع غزة من تصعيد خطير واستهداف مباشر للمدنيين يفرض على المجتمع الدولي مسؤولية أخلاقية وإنسانية لا تحتمل التأجيل. فالتجويع الممنهج، وشح الإمكانيات الطبية، والعدوان المستمر، كلها جرائم تفاقم معاناة الأبرياء، ويجب أن تتوقف فورًا. المساعدات الإنسانية ليست أداة ضغط، ولا يجوز أن تُستخدم كسلاح ضد المستضعفين."
وقال مدير عام مستشفى حمد أ. أحمد نعيم " إن إنشاء نقطة الإسعاف الأولي والطوارئ تأتي ضمن واجب المستشفى الإنساني في ظل تهالك وضعف منظومة الصحية في قطاع غزة نتيجة الاستهداف الممنهج للمستشفيات، إلى جانب تدهور الأوضاع الميدانية في منطقة الشمال قرب مقر المستشفى، والذي يشهد يوميًا توافد لأعداد كبيرة من المصابين من منتظري المساعدات".
وتابع :" أن المسؤولية كبيرة وتحتاج إلى تكاتف جميع المؤسسات الطبية الدولية والمحلية من أجل التخفيف من معاناة هؤلاء الجرحى من خلال إمداد النقطة الطبية بالاحتياجات والمستلزمات الضرورية في ظل شح الإمكانيات الطبية بفعل الحصار المفروض على القطاع ومنع الاحتلال إدخال المواد المنقذة للحياة والمستخدمة في علاج الجرحى."
ان إنشاء النقطة الطبية يأتي إلى جانب تقديم المستشفى لخدماته الأساسية للمئات من الجرحى وذوي الاعاقات المختلفة عبر أقسام المشفى الرئيسية الثلاثة (الأطراف الصناعية – التأهيل الطبي – السمع والتوازن) وخدمات التصوير المقطع ( (CTوهي الوحيدة في شمال قطاع غزة.

The State of Qatar has established a first aid station at HH The Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics in Gaza, funded by Qatar Fund for Development, to treat emergency cases in northern Gaza and injured individuals waiting for aid.
The medical point, which receives hundreds of patients, provides rapid response to treat injuries through a specialized medical and nursing team dedicated to serving the wounded, offering available treatment, and referring some cases to hospitals run by the Ministry of Health in Gaza and other facilities, using ambulances operated by the Ministry of Health, the Palestinian Red Crescent, and medical services.
Over the past few weeks, the hospital has treated around 2538injured individuals, and received Nearly 220 martyrs, including 1227 injuries and 119 martyrs in the last week alone.
Mr. Fahad Hamad
Al-Sulaiti, Director General of Qatar Fund for Development and Chairman of the
Hospital’s Board of Directors, stated:
"In line with the Fund’s commitment to humanitarian work and our sense
of responsibility towards our brothers and sisters in Gaza, we continue to
support HH The Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani Hospital for
Rehabilitation and Prosthetics in Gaza, to ensure the delivery of care to
those in need under the most difficult circumstances."
He also renewed his call for the international community to take a firm stance that allows for the immediate and safe entry of aid and ensures the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers.
He added:
"The severe escalation in Gaza and the direct targeting of civilians
impose an undeniable moral and humanitarian responsibility on the international
community. Systematic starvation, lack of medical resources, and ongoing
aggression are crimes that only deepen the suffering of innocent people, and
they must stop immediately. Humanitarian aid is not a tool of pressure and must
never be used as a weapon against the vulnerable
Mr. Ahmad Naeem, Director General of Hamad Hospital, stated:
"The establishment of the first aid and emergency point comes as part of the hospital’s humanitarian duty amid the collapse and weakness of the health system in the Gaza Strip, due to the systematic targeting of hospitals. This is in addition to the deteriorating field conditions in the northern area near the hospital, which witnesses a daily influx of large numbers of injured individuals waiting for aid."
He continued:
"The responsibility is immense and requires the joint efforts of all international and local medical institutions to help alleviate the suffering of these wounded individuals by supplying the medical point with the necessary equipment and supplies, especially in light of the severe shortage of medical resources caused by the blockade imposed on the Strip and the occupation’s prevention of life-saving materials used to treat the injured from entering."
In addition to this
emergency response point, the hospital continues to offer its core services to
hundreds of injured and persons with disabilities through its three main
departments:
Prosthetics – Medical Rehabilitation – Audiology and Balance,
as well as the CT scan unit, the only one currently operational in
northern Gaza.
