trouble removing one of my packages

I am having trouble getting a package I've created to remove from my image with OB Package browser.

As well, I renamed the package and ended up with two of them.

This is with Squeak 3.10.2 dev and what I believe is the latest OmniBrowser stuff.

Is there a trick to it?

I should add that the package appears to have been removed, yet still shows in the category list in the left pane as thought the package were still there.
