How can I connect SDN controller to Optical network which is simulated in OMNET++?

Hi,

I implemented an optical network. Now I wants to control the network using SDN controller. Is it possible in OMNET++? Is not possible then how can I control my optical network which is implemented in OMNET++ with a SDN controller implemented in MININET?
