veins and veins_inet3 modules in single environment

I really wanna know whether we can have both DSRC and WIFI based vehicles in a single simulation, and how.

when I trying out the .ini and .ned files in veins and veins_inet3, the number of vehicles are called from .xml file. and all the vehicles are assigned to either DSRC car or wifi car.

I want to assign 60% vehicles as wifi, as in veins_inet3 and the rest as dsrc, as in veins.
