Emulation problem

Good evening, my name is Javier, a student at the University of Cauca, and I am doing research on emulation of a 5G network. I am using the Simu5G simulator and with my work team we have the following problem:

We carry out the emulation that is available with SimuG called extclientserver, with the TUN/TAP configuration, our computer has two network cards which fail when trying to ping the emulation, with the TUN/TAP configuration it manages to ping to the 10.0.3.1 network. As the picture shows.

Having the network configurations as follows.

But if we try to ping the 10.0.3.2 device we get total packet loss.

And we have the routing table configured in this way

But we still don't understand why we can't connect to the emulation.
