[Omnetpp-l] Perl Problem: Unrecognized character \x90 at C:\OMNeT++\bin\perl.exe line 1

Hi!

I have just installed OMNeT++ 3.3 from Windows binary and faced the
following error when I try to use opp_msgc with any .msg file.
"Unrecognized character \x90 at C:\OMNeT++\bin\perl.exe line 1"

What could be a problem?
