strange issue with omnet sumo

Hi, 

I am working under omnet 4.1

I am using the framework inetmanet 

I also installed sumo 0.12.2

when running simulation, I don't see the window sumo appearing during simulation.

port is opened "Listening on port 9999" in terminal

help plz
