Errors like "Unsupported Character Encoding" & "AirFrame_m.h: No such file or directory"

If you are using foreign languages (Like Persian, Arabic or ...), the
default character encoding of your windows is not Cp1256 and you will
get many strange ERROR and WARNING messages.

Solution:
go to Control Panel -> Regional and Languages
change your language format to "English (United States)"

That's it.
