I saw there's a bug with omnet 4.1 (http://dev.omnetpp.org/bugs/
view.php?id=223) and this has been fixed with version 4.2. However
would you pls kindly advise how could we get rid of the makefile error
msg with the current 4.1 version?
error description:
"When delete a generated makefile from the command line and the IDE
doesn't know about the deletion (the file still shows up in Project
Explorer), hitting Ctrl+B (Build) results in the dialog "src/Makefile
seems to be a hand-written makefile, refusing to overwrite it."
