How to get all active nodes/vehicles

Hello,

For my assignment I need to calculate when certain vehicles will intersect. For this I need the information about other vehicles. How do I go about this?

I read a thing or two about using TraCISenarioManager, but I can't seem to get that to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should Specify, I am using Veins, Sumo and OMNeT++.
