I'm doing a master thesis.
My topic is Simulate realistic Cooperative ITS Simulation.
So I need to use network simulator to simulate the Vehicular ad-hoc network.

I see lot of simulation model from this link but I'm not expert in network filed.

Please suggest me if you have a knowledge about the simulation.

You can use VEINS veins.car2x.org/

or VANETSIMRTI.

I recommends veins of these two.

Am I right that VEINS use MixiM to simulate network?

Yes current version of veins i.e. Veins-2.0rc1 uses mixim. But older
version of it was based upon inet framework.
