Does it update the General-#0.vec file after using express/fast run?

to OMNeT++ Users

During simulation ,If express/fast run use ,Will it update the General-#0.vec file other than normal mode .Because I observe that if I use Express run it will complete within a second So I want to know.

Let me know if any doc is there to access regarding the same.
