cant find lpcap

Hello,

I hope someone can help here, I just start using OMNET++ 4.1 with InetManet on windows 7

I installed OMNet++ 4.1 successfully and i could run the tictoc example.

Now i m trying to import the INET project into the ide, and build the project as dynamic Lib but i have the following errors:

1- cant find lpcap

2- make: *** [../out/gcc-debug/src/libINET.dll] 

I installed wincap on my computer but it still doesn't work
