Trying to create OMNET model of cluster-based WSN and test mechanism preventing of DoS

Hello from Moscow! 

My graduate work is about WSN security, particuraly in preventing of Denial os Sleep attacks (type of DoS, malisious sending packets for decreasing battery energy of nodes-receivers).

As a example of security scheme i looked at complete scheme, the main part of which is algorithm of identifying untrustworthy nodes by some list of parameters, and now it is nessasary to check is this mechanism usable for identifying nodes which produce DoS. 

It is not an specific task (i won't consider features of hardware platform and PHY and link layers), but i need for Your advice)

So, let me ask newbie question)

What classes, methodes i may to utilise for description of packets (fields), for description of rechange of cluster head nodes?

Maybe anybody already had an experience in same or similar work?
