Increasing the number of messages to each node from the central node

Hello,

Am currently working on a performance simulation with six nodes connected to a central node (star topology).  I have managed to create message that is directed to each of the nodes in priority order from the central node.  The simulation requires an increase in the number of messages from the central node to the client nodes within the network in which node 6 should receive seven messages simultaneously before giving a single acknowledgement to all of them, with node 5 receiving six, all to node 1 that receives two messages before acknowledging and the process is iterative.

How would you assist me implement this.
