Problem installation sumo

Hi,
I interest in vehicular simulation.
For that, I have installed omnetpp under windows and even ubuntu. It
works well.
I read that I should install the framework veins containing mixim and
sumo.

I followed this tutorial http://veins.car2x.org/tutorial/ and I was
blocked in the fourth step, where it makes sure of sumo installation.
That's mean that I have a problem with sumo.
Could anyone here help me resolving this problem?
How could I be able to make the environment ready and begin
simulation?
