Problem installing ubuntu in the omnet 11.10

I am a junior, trying to install ubuntu 11.10 omnet in a few days, but
have not yet succeeded. My hindrance is:
WARNING: your PATH doesn't contain /home/junior/omnetpp-4.2/bin!
Add the following line to your .profile or .bash_profile (provided you
use bash):
export PATH=$PATH:/home/junior/omnetpp-4.2/bin
WARNING: The TCL_LIBRARY environment variable is not set, and without
it
Tkenv (the GUI runtime environment) may be unable to find the BLT
library.
Add the following line to your .profile or .bash_profile (provided you
use bash):
export TCL_LIBRARY=/usr/share/tcltk/tcl8.5

You can also add this lines in ".bashrc" file at the end.
