Hi,

I'd like to execute some simulation using the command line environment but I don't understand how to do it. I remeber that in Omnet++3.0 I was used to uncomment the "cmdenv" into the makefile before running the make command but I can't find this line now. The simulator I want to use is a modified version of one of the  "networks" example  that are present in the mobility framework for omnet++4.0.

thanks,

giorgio

Just use the -u Cmdenv command line switch for your simulation. No need to recompile your simulation. by default it suppoorts both Cmdenv and Tkenv.

Hi,

copy the file networks/ieee802154/run in your new network directory.
Type:
./run -u Cmdenv <and any other parameter>

regards

Jérôme
