There is some major misconfiguration here. Your OMNET installaion is on /c/User/Sc/Desktop while omnet was configured when it was on the d: drive.

My guess is, you (or the operating system) extracted omnet on the d: drive, you ran the ./configure script there and then you copied the whole directory to the c: drive.

Short answer, install OMNET properly and configure it again on the c: drive
