Probelms when run "./configure" , could someone help me?

1. I have installed gcc sucessfully as showed below:----->

It always shows the probelms missing C++ lib, but I don't know if it's the breoken lib's problem. If so, what should I do to fix this problem.
Please help me. Thanks a lot!
