Inetmanet Indexing error and build error on OMNET++ 4.6 in ubuntu-16.04 inside virtualBox

Dear All,
I am using Omnet-4.6 in ubuntu-4.6 inside VirtualBox. I am trying to buid inetmanet2.2 (https://github.com/aarizaq/inetmanet-3.x/tree/inetmanet-2.2 ).
I encountering issue during indexing and subsequently at build time. I have attached the screen shots.
