Access Header content of a packet

Hello, 

I have 3 wireless hosts sending packets to a receiver. I want to define priority between the packets using some bits of the header, for that I need to access the header file. Does anyone have an idea on how to do that.

PS: I have a ned file of the topology and .ini file only for now.
