how to send a meassage to the neighbor sensor nodes in OMNET++

I need to send a message to the neighbors sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks, because I need to know the ID for neighbor sensor node through retrieving a message from the neighbors containing their IDs and then create a table to insert all these information.
