How to Simulate ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller.

Hi There!

I want to simulate the following on OMNET++:

Wireless traffic between a server and an ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller making use of the IPv6, LwIPv6, ROHC TCP/IPv6 protocols. In each instance, I want to simulate the amount of power the microcontroller dissipates.  

Can anybody please advise me on how I would go about to simulate the ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller?

If anybody van maybe advise me to a better way to do my simulations I would really appreciate it!

If you try to simulate an ARM Cortex M3 I think that Proteus is a better alternative

the simulator includes electronic models of several ARM Cortex M3 microcontrolers.
