Requirement of enabling dupAcks for using window scaling

Hello All,

Hope you are all doing well. I noticed that in order to get window scaling working, and also enable the completion of flows, iii requires the enabling of dupAcks. Could someone please explain why this happens, or required ? I have been trying to work with window scaling for a while now and not really understanding why dupAcks needs to be set true for its optimal performance. Any help or guidance would definitely be greatly helpful. Please do consider this and any help or suggestions please.
