Dynamic speed change of the vehicle from omnet++

Hello,

I am using veins and SUMO. How can I modify the vehicle speed dynamically from omnet? I am using Traci. I want to set current speed limit of the vehicle from the RSU through beacon. When vehicle gets the beacon message with the current speed limit it will slow down it's speed if current speed of vehicle is higher than the sent speed limit by RSU.

This is possible using the TraCI "setSpeed" and "setSpeedMode" commands.
The TraCI documentation has the required details:
