Generating Random numbers in omnetpp in a given range

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone please tell me how to generate decimal random numbers (random numbers of type double) in omnet++ in a given range? For example if we want to generate a random number of type double between 0 AND 3.2 how we can do this? I know that dblrand() only generates doubles between 0 AND 1. But this is not what I want.

take refernce from jva random generatot in specific range....
