Modify variable of RSU after scheduled time

I want to modify a value of RSU after every scheduled simtime().
Is it possible?
If so, how can i do that?
Its like after every scheduled simtime(), a variable for the RSU.h file will be modified.
I dont want to overpopulate the system with anther wsm from RSU.
Please help me.
