Hello,

I want to Install omnet++ 4.1 in C:\Omnet\. But if I run ./configure in the mingwenv. I get "rm:cannot remov 'conftest.exe': Permission denied" many times. And the configuration isn't successfull.
I use Windows 7 64bit and I tried it on 3 of my PCs, it's the same on all of them.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Thanks in advance!

Probably, this error is due to the windows permissions of the directory, you should check the permissions

Or probably the msys binaries distributed with OMNET 4.1 have issues on 64bit windows. I strongly suggest to try to use the latest version of OMNET on WIn7 64bit systems (Whhich is OMNeT++ 4.3rc1 at the moment)
