HOW TO SIMULATE RFID BASED ROAD CONGESTION NOTIFICATION USING SUMO and OMNET++??

I am working my thesis project now. the title of my thesis is RFID based Road congestion notification system.

I want to simulate RFID based road congestion using SUMO and OMNET++

I already done the SUMO part. the traffic simulation was generated successfully but I got stack when I start working with OMNET++. 

I used VEINS to integrate SUMO and OMNET++. 

I dont have a clear understanding on how to simulate SUMO vehicle in OMNET++

I dont know how to simulate RF READERS, RF TAGS, and other modules involved in my system

how can I define .ned and .ini as well as any other necessary modules for my project

please help! honestly I want to work further in OMNET++ projects
