Linking error: "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -linet"

Hello dear omnetpp-group,

at the moment i receive the following error message:

"/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -linet"

Can anybody give me an advice how to fix this problem?

I have 2 projects and want to link each other:

-inetmanet
-my_inetmanet

------------------------------------------

my os:
ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Build the inetmanet project too (be sure that the libinet.so file was correctly created. should be in src directory)

Hi Rudolf,

thanks for the hint!

However some hours ago i solved this problem by creating a new omnet project "my_inetmanet". I copied the files from the old "my_inetmanet"-folder into the new project, compiled the whole stuff and finally i was able to run my simulations in "debug-mode" again!

Strangely if i compile all data in "release-mode", i got a new error - message (only in release-mode) :

"<!> Error during startup: No user interface (Cmdenv, Tkenv, etc.)
found. "

Any ideas?
