You should use the latest INET/OMNeT++ combination to have a fix for this.

Alternatively, you could add this line to NoiseDimensionalTransmitter:
        int gainFunctionCacheLimit = default(0); // limits the number of gain functions cached for a given duration, centerFrequency and bandwidth
