Does OMNET++, MiXiM or INET framework have Bluetooth low energy modules(link layer and PhY)?

I am looking to implement BLE link layer and Phy layer modules in OMNET++ MIXIM framework.

Not at the moment. This is a relatively often requested feature :(. I saw some BT models years ago, but no one has taken up the task to integrate it into INET.
