Hi,

the osbtacle model doesn't find the <obstacles> element in the config.xml.
did you copy an old config.xml from another simulation?

The obstacle shadowing model should be configured like in
https://github.com/sommer/veins/blob/master/examples/veins/config.xml

if you don't have any buildings in your simulation, simply remove the
obstacles parameters from your omnetpp.ini
