inet Tutorial

On the webpage for the inetmanet framework at github there's a
reference to some INET Tutorial:
"Then you can gather initial experience by following the INET
tutorial. After that, you can learn the NED language from the OMNeT++
manual & sample simulations."
Can someone tell me which tutorial is that one?

This is the tutorial of INET-Framework, but is not finished yet:

Hi,

I am using Omnet 4.1 with the latest release of INET and i am wondering if there is an example/implemenation available that demonstrates some scheduling/traffic shaping algorithm(s) for multiple users over TCP connection.
