Hi,

I'm using SUMO 0.13.1 with Omnetpp-4.2.2 and inet-2.1.0 on UBUNTU. I'm trying to run my thesis the same way traci-launchd is run. And I'm using the below commands to run the simulations.

What I'm doing is, in the terminal:

1. I type the directory for the .sumo.cfg file
2. Then I type the following sumo-gui -c city.sumo.cfg
3. Then I change the directory for sumo-launchd.py
4. Then I type the command    ./sumo-launchd.py -vv
5. Then from the workspace, I run the omnetpp.ini file

The attached file is the output in the terminal along with the error.

However, the sumo simulation starts and the cars leave the simulation before I get a chance to open the .ini file to run it. Therefore, TraCI doesn't find the cars from the SUMO simulation and so the simulation terminates and an ERROR 139 is generated in the console area. And the error in the terminal is:

[Error: tcpip::Socket::recvAndCheck @ recv: peer shutdown
Quitting (on error)

Can anyone help me please or has any idea of how to sync both softwares please?
I'm not sure if I'm typing the correct commands in the terminal.

My thesis is based on traci-launchd example with some few changes and some extra details along with a routing protocol. But for now I'm only testing the beaconing system.

I wish to know how to run both the sumo map with the omnetpp simulation network in order to pass information from sumo and to omnetpp with the cars still present in the simulation. Can anyone help me?
