Refreshing '/inetmanet'

Any one know why I keep getting this when trying to build 'my' project.

I have not changed inetmanet for ages and it was already built ages ago!!

It sticks at 18% for ever and feel like I shall never be able to build
my project again and I only changed one line of code in it.

If any one has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

finally I get

libinet.dll: file not recognised: File truncated

But inetmanet is built already and when I build my project it checks
dependancies and says of inet manet nothing to build.

And anyway it was building and I changed 1 line in my own project and
now this!!

Any ideas?
