Hello all. This is something that could be useful to some of you...

Simple example of DSDV Ad-hoc routing protocol(based on the IEEE 802.11 model in ad-hoc mode INET example).

This is an add-on to the INET folder. So it's very to use, you only have to add the files to their respective folders of INET. To run the example, run /Examples/Adhoc/DSDV/DSDV
The code for DSDV was writen by Diogo Antão & Pedro Menezes.

Autorization to use and modify this code not needed :P
The authors hope it will be useful to help understand how INET and OMNET++ works(more specifically INET 20061020 and omnet++ 3.3). Also we hope it will help in the developing of routing protocols using INET.

Note: There is no formal specification for this protocol. So we have used our own DSDV specification without a sequence number(we used a creation time instead). Further version may have sequence number and other alterations.Our own DSDV specification(will be available at the url below in the following two weeks).

No problem. That's the reason i've posted in the discussion list the code.
Use/adapt it if you want to...no restrictions...:) In the end of this week i
will write what were the specifications used for this protocol, than place
it in the webpage http://DSDV.8rf.com .
