I am asking about how I can write code to implement solar cells in omnet++ and use energy to provide power for wireless sensor network. What is the best framework for implementation of solar panels

If you only need a source of energy you don't need to implement the solar cell, it is enough with the energy supply model. You need to characterize how the energy change with the hours, climatic conditions ... and implement a source that follows the model
