how can I set up a non-Uniformly distribution of nodes? In the situation of MF!

In the MF,I found that all the nodes initialed are set up with a layout of Uniformly distribution automaticly.

But I want a non-Uniformly distribution, such as normal distribution etc..

I tried make a "@display('p=..,..')" comments ,but i failed!

It's too strange.please help!
