to Omics Playground
Yes. You could append the phospho site position to your probe as AAAA_123, or add a second column in your counts file with column name 'position'. Select ''proteomics' as datatype and Omics Playground will then recognize the number as modification site position and automatically annotate it with the phospo residue. Let us know if it works.
