Presenting Proteomics Data

have come across this platform and I would like to use it to present my LC/MS proteomics data. I have two samples which proteomics hits ( this includes a descriptions of the hit, the score, and the %coverage) I am trying to upload the sample and counts file, but I keep losing connection, I assume this is because my files are not in the correct format. I have seen the videos you have for this, but I am still a little confused as to how to actually format the files.

If there is an error, could you paste the error messages from the blue screen here?

Please let us know if you could fix the problem, we would also appreciate any inputs on how to make the tutorials better.
