max 20 sample limit

Hi all,

I am working on a project that involves comparing 3 groups, each having 2 conditions and 10 replicates! Is there anyway to upload the count file with more than 20 samples? if this is the botleneck then how should we compare all the samples?

Hi Shabab. 

If you are using the open source version of Omics Playground from source or from the Docker, you can change the limits in the OPTIONS file in the folder shiny.
