How do I perform a batch correction in BigOmics? I cannot find the function anymore.

Dear User,
The current version v3.4.4 only allows for batch correction by providing a batch column in the samples file. In version >3.5 we will have a new normalization and batch correction module that allows selecting different options that best fir your data.
