3) I uploaded my dataset twice, because I lost internet connection during the first analysis steps.

During the second round of first analysis steps -- like this one in the density|abundance plot -- I was surprised to see differences between the plotting results although I used the same data set. Also the Principal Component Analysis looked different (not shown here).

Thanks for reporting this. This is because for efficiency we have downsampled your data for creating the histograms. This will not affect your actual data. In a new update we will resolve this by setting a fixed seed. Downstream analysis will use your full data.
