Data upload issue

I am trying to upload a new data set in the platform, but after 1 min the connection goes down. I have previously uploaded data sets and i did not have any difficulty. Is there any issue with the platform?

Dear Sara,

Thanks for your message, sorry to hear you are having problems. We are not aware of any other user having issues. When it crashes you should see a blue screen, could you kindly copy the error log and forward to me?

If you wish, you could send a snippet or anonymized version of your dataset privately, so I can test more in depth.

Hello Mauro,

Problem solved! Turns out I was using a version ( v2.8.17) that had a serious bug, according  to Ivo. I changed to the most recent version (v2.8.19) and now it works perfectly.

Perfect, good to hear that it's working! 

I believe 2.8.17 was one of the last beta test versions, so a lot of testing and new code was incorporated. We are much more rigorous now that this version entered into production.
