New Parser Code

The parser code has undergone substantial updates. Its fairly stable,
and there are detailed instructions. I've uploaded everything to the
subversion repository.

Perhaps you propeller heads might want to try and install to double
check my instructions?

NEW FEATURES:

- The code is now a proper python install package. I'm going to try
and Going to build the Windows exe installer too by the weekend.

- Parser now support tags.

-The parser now supports omhe command values with spaces. Use either
" " or * * to denote spaces. Spaces are not supported in the tags.

- Parser commands are case insensitive fashion.

-Added README.txt with install instructions

-Reformatted subversion directory so we have separate dirs for python,
ruby, java, etc. (Hope we can fill this out soon.)

We are using this code in our Beta Twitter portal vomhe to parse and
validate syntax.
