New parsing library

Hi All:

I'm rewriting the omhe parsing code to make it easier to use. Let me
know if anyone wants to help. If you have regular expressions
already written for any commands, then please send them to me as this
will make my task easier.


Also does anyone have and thoughts or feelings about hosting with
github instead of googlecode? It seems like now days github is the
thing.


Lastly I'll be publishing an open source tool to aggregating and
visualizing this sort of data quite soon. It may greatly simplify
anyone trying to deploy an omhe based service.
