Needed at maker works for an organization weekend

Maker works would like people for a few people on the team I have designated Alexander as the primary contact for our team while I am in china

Within the next 3 weeks we need to have the area we are in cleaned out, and moved into the two offices currently designated for first teams..

This means before may 12th

I'm fine with cleaning out the room ASAP, but which is it: within the next three weeks, or by May 12, which is in a week and a half? :-P

Can someone arrange with Borovsky for me to pick up the robot tomorrow? Just stop by his room in the morning and check what time (after 1200) would be the best for me to pull into his garage.

Chris, that first sentence was a bit confusing. Is this supposed to be on a per-team basis, or all three teams operating a cleanup at the same time?
